Repatterning my baseline has taken a LONG time.

Ive been doing 2 psychosomatic sessions per month for nearly 2 years.

Alongside that I do other work to keep myself grounded and regulated.

Fascia work
Massage twice a month
Lymphatic massage once a week
Gym twice a week
Vagus Nerve activation/toning
Breathwork 2/3 times a week
Reiki/energy work when I feel the call
Alone time (a challenge with 3 boys)

I have fantastic coaches, mentors and support.

I dont just talk about regulation. I live it.
