I try to be healthy everyday but some times it all ends up a bit of a mess...like this omelette that became stuck during the vital moment of flipping and everything unraveled. But it still tastes good even if it looks like scramble....🙄. Sometimes you just have to accept that you’re not always going to be at your best, but keep going, it’s the accumulative effort that matters 😊

I so enjoyed teaching face to face again in my studio in Cookham, Berkshire. Smaller classes to allow for social distancing but really amazing to have atmosphere and energy back in my studio space, I loved it and Judging by the laughs I hope everyone else did as well. Thank you so much to all my yoga clients who have have continued to support me in the studio, in the garden and on ZOOM. You are all brilliant 🙏🙏
