So whilst your chillaxing in a bath the colour and other nourishing stuff crosses the skin barrier... ( human sponge) and shakes your bio cells coz that what we are made off!
When the cells shake faster it brings emotions to the surface, so you don't need to feel out balance, anxious, stressed......
