How do we treat them? Well it depends…

Recently had a young lady with two. She was very nervous so the plan was made to suit her. I Explained consistency was key and results would be slow.

We treated with a plan of gentle debridement and occlusion, meaning to file and cover them, giving the body a chance for the immune system to jump into action.

Thrilled to have contact from Mum to say tratment has been a success!

Sometimes slow and steady wins the race 🐢

Patient reported, ‘ I have sore bit on my little toe that hurts if I walk alot’

Proof that you should always get your feet checked, ESPECIALLY if something feels off or there is a change from your normal.

Once I had removed the built up callus and tissue, I found a pressure sore that needed referral back to the patients own GP due to his Medication.
