Hi

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bal Lionnel, and I have extensive experience as a Medical Administrator at a local secondary school, where I served as a First Aider since 2007. This role sparked my passion for first aid and highlighted its critical importance.

Recently, I achieved my long-held ambition of becoming a certified first aid instructor. Now, I have the privilege of teaching essential lifesaving skills to others. Here are some reviews I have received

Our instructor was excellent. She used her past experiences inFirst Aid to illustrate different points and always checked to make sure that the whole class understood each of the points being made. Her approach up beat and interactive meaning that everyone was engaged and had an enjoyable and memorable learning experience.

Bal was very engaging and got the information over to us in a relaxed and professional manner. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Fully recommend, absoutley brilliant at teaching and communicating, made the course fun which made us want to learn more, learnt a lot on this course.

I offer a variety of first aid courses, all delivered in a fun, informal, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive certificates and ongoing access to online updates and support.
