She stopped mid-sentence in our session. Because she'd just realised, out loud, that she didn't believe she was allowed to want more.
Not couldn't have it. Allowed to want it.
That one belief was deciding her ceiling in love, money and business. Without her even knowing it.
You cannot call in what you subconsciously believe you aren't allowed to have.
The work isn't more strategy. It's finding what's running underneath. 🤎

Hoping that this time, it will finally feel secure.
But love was never meant to feel like effort.

The moment you believe you have to earn it…
you start performing instead of receiving.

And what you attract reflects that.
People who take.
Love that feels conditional.
Connections that mirror your effort… not your truth.

But when this belief shifts, everything changes.

You stop chasing. You stop overgiving. You stop proving.

And suddenly… love meets you where you are.

She’d deflect.
Minimise.
Make herself smaller.
Because the belief was:
“I don’t deserve attention.”
So no matter how much she achieved…
She couldn’t hold it.
Then she did the work.
Not just mindset.
Mind. Body. Soul.
And everything shifted.
She stopped shrinking.
Started receiving.
Started showing up.
Six months later?
She launched a business helping other women be seen.
That’s what happens when a belief fully releases.

You expect it to go wrong… so you don’t let yourself feel it when it’s going right.

No hope.
No full desire.
No deep exhale.

Because if you don’t hope, you can’t be disappointed… right?

So you brace.
You prepare.
You feel the letdown before it even happens.

And slowly… this steals your present.

You’re not living what’s here, you’re grieving what hasn’t even happened.

But this isn’t protection. It’s limitation dressed as safety.

Here’s the shift:
“I allow myself to stay open despite uncertainty.”
“I desire to hope again.”
“Disappointment is survivable.”

You don’t need to close your heart to avoid pain.
You just need to trust you can handle it if it comes.

It was learned, absorbed, repeated… until it felt like truth
And from there? You built a life around it
Playing smaller. Holding back. Expecting less
Not because it was real… but because it was familiar

Here’s the shift:
Just because a belief is familiar, doesn’t mean it’s yours
And it definitely doesn’t mean you have to keep it

So ask yourself today…
What belief am I still carrying that was never mine to begin with? ✨

“I am replaceable.”
Here’s how this belief shows up in your life:
You overwork to prove you’re indispensable. You make yourself so available, so helpful, so necessary, surely they can’t replace you then.
You can’t take breaks. You can’t step back. Because what if they realise they don’t need you?
Every new person feels like a threat. Every shift in attention feels like abandonment.
This keeps you burnt out and insecure. You’re terrified of being swapped out, so you never rest. You never stop proving your value.
Here’s the truth rewrite:
Step 1: “I allow myself to be unique.”
Not forcing yourself to believe you’re irreplaceable. Just allowing that you have specific value.
Step 2: “I desire to value my individuality.”
Naming what you want, to recognise your own uniqueness.
Step 3: “No one replaces my essence.”
This is the truth. Someone might fill your role. But no one replaces your specific presence, energy, and way of being.
This belief can be released. Mind. Body. Soul.
