You won’t stay in perfect alignment all the time.
Nobody does.
The practice isn’t staying there.
It’s shortening the time between losing it and returning.
Come back to the body. Find where you contracted. Breathe into it. Find even a thread of the feeling. Follow it back.
That’s it. That’s the whole practice.
And every time you return, it gets faster.
More natural.
Until the feeling isn’t somewhere you visit.
It’s just where you live. 🤎
