Last night we put the finishing touches together for today’s photoshoot. We’re taking photos in / of The Wild Place to show what a great space it is and how you might like to use it.

Come and warm up with us – a reminder of regular sessions - our communal sessions run Fridays at 6.30pm and weekends at 5pm.

Private hire slots are also available at 2pm, 3.30pm and 6.30pm, or we can add more during the week and weekend if those don’t work.

Just over a week to go until we gather at the lovely Wiltshire Wild Sauna to celebrate the Autumn Equinox, with yoga, sound and optional sauna & dip! 🧘‍♀️

🌅Equinox flow and sound🌅

Sunday 28th September 3:30-4:45pm, £18
At The Wild Place, Wiltshire Wild Sauna, SN5 0AQ

An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

Taking time to honour the Equinox to rest and reset, whilst soaking in the views over the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside with its first signs of Autumn. 🍂

🔥❄️Optional sauna session post flow:
Our session perfectly finishes in time for a sauna session at 5pm, this is booked separately and directly with the sauna. Book on now to avoid disappointment as there are only a few spots left! ❤️

✨ FAMILY WILD SAUNA AND WELLBEING SESSION ✨

📍Wiltshire Wild Sauna
📆 Saturday 30th August
⏰ 10am - 12 noon
💰 £20 per family

Come and join our first communal family sauna and wellbeing session. Saunas offer a refreshing experience for all the family. We’re combining this with wellbeing activities.

You’ll find:

✨ Wood-fired sauna heated gently for children
✨Cooling water play for children and cold dip for adults
✨ Nourishing homemade foot scrubs
✨ Music
✨ Drinks and fresh fruit

We also have green space for children to relax and play near the sauna, and take time out of the heat.

Suitable for children 6-16.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian - ratio of 1 adult to 2 children max.

Booking available through in via our website . Please book by Thursday so we know numbers!

What a weekend!
Sauna during a heatwave… it helps you regulate your temperature. It makes you sweat… you cool down. And we’ve got two fab cold options too!

Thank you to everyone who came… we had campers (staying at our onsite campsite Park Farm Campsite), women from a wellbeing day run by Diane Tanner (using our new event space, The Wild Place) plus sauna go-goers who’ve come for the heat and the cold dips.

We’ve just heard we’re regional winners! ‘Best Wellbeing Specialist’ in Wiltshire at the Muddy Stiletto Awards 🙌 A brilliant surprise - we’re over the moon to achieve this - especially in our first year. Thank you to everyone who supported us - we only reached this stage because you helped us. Well done to all the other winners and finalists - there are so many people doing great things across the county. Looks like we’ll have to have a party! 🥳 X
