Different bodies… different goals… different results!
Two of the most frequently asked questions I’ve had since offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Wood Sculpting treatments are ‘how long will the results last?’ and ‘how good will my results be?’

Honest answer… I don’t know!

The results depend largely on lifestyle, underlying conditions and how serious and dedicated the client is to their wellness journey.

Truly understanding your body is a journey and honestly a bit of trial and error!
For example, personally I can drink a coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and the side effects are limited- no jitters, no tummy ache, no increase in water retention.
Some of my clients… not the case!

When I return in June I will be offering courses of lymphatic treatments and wellness massages, all complete with in depth consultations to identify your goals and plan how we can realistically start to work towards them!

Another manual lymphatic with medical complications in last night:

🤍 Gall bladder removal
🤍 Gastric band surgery scarring
🤍 Abscess removal scarring
🤍 Chronic Pain Syndrome
🤍 Fibromyalgia
🤍 Lymphedema
🤍 Metal work in the legs from previous surgery

So much scar tissue caused lots of restrictions throughout the body preventing efficient lymphatic fluid drainage resulting in lots of water retention, worsened by medications to manage this client’s medical conditions.
Please note lymphatic treatments require a medical consultation to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate!

Whilst these might not be the most impressive visual results I’ve shared… this treatment was a really proud moment for myself and my client.
This lovely client started coming to see me around 9 months ago with a chronic pain diagnosis, chronic inflammation, menopause stresses, scar tissue from a burst appendix surgery and a physical and emotional struggle with touch as a result of previous emotional trauma.
Still we did our best and have got to know each other over the last few months, progressing from gentle massage, hot stone massage, lymphatic massage and today this client was brave enough to try some wood therapy to her stomach region to see if we could further reduce her bloating! Safe to say she was super relaxed and enjoyed and we are really proud of these results❤️

Baby & Work Update 🤍 Thankyou so much to all my clients that have continued to support me throughout my pregnancy. I have been very lucky to be able to continue working with very few problems! I hope you’ll all continue to support me when I return in Summer as a mum of two!

A real body and a real result ❤️
This lady’s didn’t feel that she had much going on around the stomach area- her main concerns were fluid retention in the legs and she knew she should be paying more attention to her lymphatic system…HOWEVER…
Just look at the difference after! Not only the reduction in stagnant fluid retention but the overall appearance and smoothness in the skin was impressive!
