The other day I lost some paperwork at home and after trying to locate for about 20mins I caught myself using some very unkind and unhelpful language in my head towards myself. I’ve worked hard on this over many decades. It’s not something that comes up that frequently now, which is why I had to pause and breathe and notice. A very very old memory arose. I did some EFT tapping on it, and it dissolved. We can carry a family tree of past memories and triggers. With the right conditions these old pieces of software can surface and steal our peace. I haven’t thought about the past event for 4 decides or more. Good to have this personal peace process at hand. I can now think about that event and be peaceful about it.
