The earthquakes in Turkey are unimaginably bad. But this NGO is unimaginably fantastic and a great option for sending support. I had the privilege to work with them in the past and they have more than my full confidence, also my admiration. My awesome mum on a vigil for Earth Day, with

I am always pondering earth care and people care and how to return them to alignment.

Yesterday I read how in Hinduism, all wealth is considered to come from below ground, and the seasons are cycles of raising that wealth above ground and then it returning. Much like the Greek myth of Persephone, or the ideas of the Earth goddess as our most fundamental mother (in Hinduism she is called Prithivi amongst other names).

In permaculture we usually look for biological solutions before considering mechanical or chemical... giving us the opportunity to reweave our lives back into the fabric of this wonderful earth, so life can support life.

May we all love our Earth, and increasingly live like it.

Not much is easy during covid times, but campaigning for our earth is a challenge at the best of times. Knowing how much is being lost, can make it hard to carry on.

These online sessions are inspired by conversations with and designed to be a quick recharge and reset.

The sessions use simple breathing and movement and energy medicine techniques for revitalising.
