I have processed so much of my life through music, anything I have been through, music has always been the thing that held me. Writing lyrics, singing, producing, music has been the saviour through many a time. Music has given me my highest moments, performing on stage in front of thousands and it has been there through the lowest of lows, it is my life’s compass.
This is why at this stage in my life’s journey, I know how much it can carry you, shift you, help you, relax you and hold you. I love the fact that people are attending sound baths and it is becoming more common in society.
This is not a phase or a trend for me, this is my life’s work in action. I care about details, I care about what you feel, I care about the transitions that maybe only some will pick up on during a sound bath, some may never hear those details but you will feel them.
One of the most common things I hear after a Life Is Sound session, is “wow I have never been to a sound bath like that” and that is simply because when a lifetime of musicianship meets 15 years of spiritual exploration, the outcome is everything I know weaved into an experience that will move you.
I love creating, exploring new ideas, I truly care about helping people as I have walked through my own fires and I am always the perfectionist whilst knowing I am forever a student of sound.
There was a time I worried about what people may think if I start playing singing bowls, imagine that, the thing you are worried about putting out in the world could be the key to unlocking possibilities you wouldn’t have dreamed of at the time.
We’re at a stage in our world and existence where we are all about to crave community and connection even more. Not through alcohol or drugs, not through trauma bonding, not through low vibrational experiences but through honest, human led, interconnected understanding of our shared nature whilst having the awareness of our individualities.
If you made it to reading to the end of what I am writing, then most likely you felt it. Keep on being you, keep showing up, keep loving yourself, put your crown on and remember you are royalty in your life.
See you soon,
Big Love,
James
