Would you like to go to a Traditional Retreat / Traditional Practices no thrills or expectations to be anything but yourself !! connecting back to nature - self reflecting - feeling blissfully relaxed at peace x - includes great home made food Meat & Vegetarian options - relaxed company where you can connect to others leave the outside world behind ? Then this is the over night retreat for you ! - Staying in a two person fully equipped tent - one guest per tent - All Access to on site showers - Cold water Therapy tubs - Meditation room - Practices in our 16th Century Farm Studio with an energy that’s absolutely magical -

Start the day with your first practice
A beautiful Cacao ceremony
Followed by a gentle Yin Practice ( No need to of done yoga before )
Light lunch break
Yoga Nidra Practice
Ending with being cocooned in Sound with our amazing Sound Bath feeling the unbelievable Energy in our 16th century Barn Studio

Then taking time to yourself to reflect alone or with your new friends -

Amazing Evening meal at 7:00pm where you can relax enjoy the views of the Vast country side that surrounds our farm feel free to have a glass of vino ( no judgements at blue butts just peace - connecting back to nature / giggles just being you )

Wake up to a light Yoga Hatha practice feel free to pop in one of our cold water therapy tubs looking out at the Nature - Grounding your self !
Breakfast
Then -
A gentle forest walk in Gisburn Forest - then back to the farm for a light lunch a final reflection time together before we hug say bye until the next time you need or just want to have a day for YOU x
