Wellbeing Through Sport is a programme designed by doctors & P.E. Through fun physical activities and classroom-based reflective practice, pupil's gain core life skills that will help them to become well-rounded, healthy adults. We believe there’s an outstanding value in making wellbeing a part of your primary school curriculum, especially following a year of COVID-19. Yes, maths and science are important, but if we want pupils to fulfil their potential and live happy lives, it’s essential we teach them to understand their mental and physical health. Through running, jumping, playing and laughing pupils learn about empathy, confidence, teamwork, conflict resolution and emotional awareness. Let’s teach young minds how to thrive rather than survive. Wellbeing Through Sport is the accessible, cost-effective programme that can skillfully bring wellbeing into your school’s curriculum. We appreciate that primary schools have different structures which is why our programmes can be Teacher Led or Sports Coach Led. Teacher Led
