Last night saw another collaboration with the amazing and a beautiful Crystal Meditation Sound Bath.

We shared this gorgeous snow quartz which was hand collected for us in Scotland. As Rosa played her bowls, I led our lovely ladies through a guided meditation focusing on the crystals which we had gifted them.

My ever popular Sound Baths are happening on Friday 5th April. Children aged 5+ are welcome to bring a grownup with them to the Family Sound Bath where the children also get to explore the instruments for themselves as well as cuddling up & relaxing.

All Sound Baths are the perfect way to destress ready for the weekend; simply lie back, relax and let the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments wash over you. You are invited to bring along a pillow and blanket for extra comfort.

Well hello April; how on earth did you get here so fast?

March went by in a blur of fabulous birthday celebrations & April is starting the same way. I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many beautiful souls who have helped me to celebrate.

As well as my regular offerings, I am delighted to be teaming up with the beautiful to bring you the magic of sound healing, Reiki and crystal healing. This month's online offerings are an Introduction to Runes and my soothing Menopause Meditation. Keep an eye out for details of these and my other offerings coming soon.

Right, I'm off now to see Slash in concert, another big birthday celebration with my gig buddies.

This time last week I was blessed to be celebrating my 50th in the Arctic Circle. I saw the Aurora Borealis twice, slept on an ice bed in a room made of ice and spent the night in a glass box suspended above the forest.

Everything there had such a magical quality to it, an ethereal beauty which will be gone forever in only a few short weeks. It’s no secret that I struggle out chronic pain, fatigue & mobility, but I was determined to push myself on this trip and enjoy whatever experiences I could.

Now, back home in Manchester and reflecting on some of the most incredible days of my life, I feel blessed & will try to find a little magic in every day from now on.

Today is the Spring Equinox, when day and night are of equal length. It's a time to celebrate the true beginning of Spring, balance, growth and the return of the light as we now have more day light than darkness.

It’s less than a week now until we celebrate Ostara, the Spring Equinox where day and night are of equal length. It is a time of new beginnings and celebrating the longer days to come.

In our Celebration gathering, I will share folk lore stories of Ostara and we will make a special Ostara Bath blend to take home. We will the create a sacred circle where we sit together around a beautiful altar to welcome Spring and the lighter days to come.

Last night I was treated to an amazing surprise for my upcoming big birthday: an evening with 💜

I have had the honour of meeting Kirsty before a few years ago at Soul Circus & one of the books which is most often in my hands is her amazing Lunar Living.

Last night I got goosebumps hearing her talk of how she came to walk her own Goddess Path. So much of what Kirsty said rang true & is often what I talk about; becoming less of a human-doing and allowing ourselves to be human-beings. I was also delighted that some of my beloved Dark Goddesses are included in her talk & this beautiful hand signed book 💜

Today, when faced with the ‘need’ to ‘do’, I made a choice from the heart. I’m taking time out with a brew & reading some of Kirtsy’s latest book. It’s time for me to ‘be’.
