Just dropping a post to say farewell for a while

I’m answering the call for quiet as we travel through early Winter

Unfortunately social media can be a fast paced and noisy place for someone who craves peace, calm and slowness

So from this Winter Solstice to the promise of Imbolc I’ll be Wintering well and surrendering to how things need to be with full trust

Solstice Blessings & hello Winter

Today is the Solstice, the shortest day, followed by the longest night, tomorrow we sing in the dawn

The solstice signals to me a reminder that even in the darkest of times, the light is never gone and will always return. From here on in, the days slowly begin to lengthen

As the winter sun opens its eyes, we can choose to bring more light, love, and compassion into the world

The way back to WHOLENESS

Today’s Wilder Coaching Session..
We’ve been exploring all of the wounds, the losses, the moments where my client lost part of themselves

We choose this, unconsciously of course, to put parts of our soul into exile - they are not ‘lost’ - just not integrated - it’s actually an act of LOVE

You see, by exiling these parts we can live without the hurt, the pain, the reminders…but the problem is we wander through life feeling like there’s something missing - we can never feel WHOLE, no matter what external things we engage in or accumulate

That emptiness is always there, until we are ready to meet those exiled parts

To do the much needed work to call them home

Anchored by the Earth, supported by Mother Nature we begin to call them home

Then, the magic happens!
We reclaim all parts of ourselves!

The light turns on! And from then on;

❤️Decisions are then made from a place of certainty not protective fear
❤️We’re driven from a place of love not pain
❤️We no longer need to engage in toxic or risky behaviours to meet our needs

Those wounds fall away and we step into the river of love, flowing effortlessly with grace and ease

We get to TRUST life! YES!! 🙌

We remember who we truly are - before the shattering, before those parts splintered off into the dark

To witness, guide and support this process is truly an honour!

Im am sooooo super excited to be launching my brand new shiny website tomorrow!

When I envisaged how it would look and more importantly feel - this was it! I love everything about what has been created

I cannot thank Jen for her guidance, patience, amazing photography and for ‘seeing me.’ The authentic me, who no longer hides her MAGIC & MEDICINE!

The sky came alive for us as we sat by my late husband’s grave this evening, as the sun started it’s slow decent

12 years today, he gently slipped into the next world, his soul returned home

Love is never truly lost your realise, in death there is no end…
Something I could not comprehend, until many years later

I know he is still guiding me, his time with me gave me so many lessons, his passing so much gold hidden underneath the grief

If you’ve lost someone, are in the rawness of it, fighting grief battles, wondering how and why you’ll ever live again….

I see you

I can show you the way, slowly, gently, one foot in front of the other…

From someone who knows,
you don’t have to walk this new path alone

And I promise, the sun will rise…

Hello all,

On Thursday 18th December I am hosting a soulful, restful and calming evening on Zoom to celebrate and mark the upcoming Winter Solstice

As the wheel of the year turns once more, and in our modern busy world, it is so important to take some sacred time for yourself. To slow, to soften and to listen to Nature wild wisdom

We will gather as a community under the Winter Solstice energy, there will be Earth based teaching, meditations, ritual, poetry, opportunities for reflection and time to do some
Journaling if you should wish

We start at 7.30pm and complete at 9pm

There’s no need to turn your camera on if you don’t wish, also if you want to share that is also okay - come exactly as you are
