Recently I have had the time and space to go on a deep dive intentional journey with myself and my cervix. I feel like i am entering another spiral here. Another layer or my expansion and the depths my or**sm can go. The level to which my body can open and surrender.

They are getting deeper, more profound, cosmic.
I know theres doors I am still able to unlock, the amount of it sometimes scares me and I know i don't let it all YET- I am growing my capacity and my trust but f**k sometimes the extent of being able to drop into galaxies and inordinate pleasure that doesnt seem to want to end is just too f**king much and I pull back and pull away! Growing my capacity and deservedness everyday.

Once upon a time I would experiment with dmt through a pipe and now its through my pu$$y haha

From being numb inside, I am now psychonaut of p***y.

That there was a British war plane flying above rafah whilst children were burnt alive in their tents. That there are companies that directly or directly fund these war crimes and we fund them by buying from them.

2 weeks before my last temple retreat in Morocco I became very aware of not being thoroughly held by the retreat centre I had booked. I felt many red flags that I could no longer deny and with such delicate and sensitive work I made the decision to move the retreat from essaouira to Marrakesh only two weeks before.

Healing doesn’t always have to be painful

In fact healing with pleasure can speed up the process.

Often when we delve into the body to heal these places within that store pain, trauma, memories, we need to source and access places of goodness or pleasure inside us too.

A safe place within the body, a place of goodness within. Like a safe harbour.

Otherwise we are consistently delving into drama and blocks and pains without feel good place to titrate to.
Titrating is the term used when we can spend a small and tolerable time in our pain body but ‘titrate’ back to a place of safety/goodness/pleasure so that you can use the wellness as an antidote to the stored trauma and pendular back and forth until the goodness is our body resources us enough so that we can shine presence, energy and awareness onto the pieces holding us back.

So you can see how pleasure is a underutilised deep medicine for use; for healing, for regulation, for opening the energy body in safe and expansive ways.

When people think of pleasure they often associate it with s*xual sensations and ma********on for s*xual gratification but if we normalise pleasure as our medicine it can become are antidote to stress and lack of vitality in the body.

Similarly people assume that when we are in pleasurable places such as s*x with our partners, we should be feeling pleasure and nothing but pleasure when in fact if we use these moments consciously, pleasure can be the opening to our energy body where a whole host of other sensations and feelings can arise.

As long as we pause, offer presence to ourselves with compassion and curiosity, armed with a few tools of how to integrate and transmute our blocks and then return to our place of pleasure and goodness over and over again, we will inevitably be led towards long lasting healing and a body that feels f**king good to be in.

I am carrying my s**t around for all to see.

This is not a great place to stand on my women’s empowerment hill and magnetise women to come to my retreat. Its hard in the earth and muck of our humanness especially as leaders we are often pedalised and wanting to hold the torch of potential ascension for all of us. But this is it my loves, this is ascension, its never been up, its going in and clearing out the cellar.
