Have you heard of zines? 📚

They are books you make yourself- your thoughts, your ideas, your creativity, all just as you want them.
These self made little books are all about creative freedom- no rules, no right or wrong way to make them. Zines are a way for people to share their voices with nothing more than paper, pens, and imagination.

A zine can be hand drawn, typed up, collaged from magazine cut-outs, or a mix of everything.

What makes zines powerful is the permission they give us to play, explore, and express ourselves without pressure. Whether you’re working through thoughts and feelings, documenting your passions, or just having fun, a zine can become a safe little space that’s entirely yours.

✨ At our upcoming Creative Mindfulness Workshop, we’ll be diving into this practice together- creating zines to explore and identify fears in a safe, expressive way, and then building vision boards to reframe and overcome them. It’s a creative, therapeutic space to reset, connect, and transform your winter with intention.
