โ€ข Go for smaller portions eating at a restaurant, or split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side?
Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and itโ€™s easy to overeat when youโ€™re busy talking with friends.

โ€ข Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.

From a size 28 bridesmaid dress to a size 14! From an exhausted, overwhelmed mum to someone who finally found the strength to prioritise herself and strike that beautiful balance for her and her family, Kirsty is truly an inspiration to others.

โ€œI was stuck in a rut. Living off takeaways and sugary snacks just to get through the day. I was tired. I told myself I didnโ€™t have the time.
