Struggling to Stick to Your Diet in the 𝒲𝒶𝓇𝓂ℯ𝓇 Weather?
You’re Not Alone!
The sunny days and longer evenings bring BBQs, ice cream trucks, and patio cocktails—but that doesn’t mean your goals have to take a back seat.
Here are a few simple tips to help you stay on track:
1. ℋ𝓎𝒹𝓇𝒶𝓉ℯ ℒ𝒾𝓀ℯ 𝒶 ℬℴ𝓈𝓈
Thirst often disguises itself as hunger. Keep a water bottle with you and aim to sip throughout the day—especially in the heat.
2. 𝒫𝓁𝒶𝓃 ℒ𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉ℯ𝓇 ℳℯ𝒶𝓁𝓈
Opt for fresh, seasonal foods like salads with lean protein, grilled veggies, or smoothie bowls instep 2 and above.
They’re satisfying without being heavy.
3. ℬℯ 𝒮𝓂𝒶𝓇𝓉 𝒶𝓉 𝒮ℴ𝒸𝒾𝒶𝓁 ℰ𝓋ℯ𝓃𝓉𝓈
Eat a protein-rich snack like your bar before heading out so you’re not starving.
Scope the table and choose your indulgences mindfully—enjoy them, don’t overdo them.
4. 𝒞ℴℴ𝓁 𝒟ℴ𝓌𝓃, 𝒟ℴ𝓃’𝓉 𝒢𝒾𝓋ℯ ℐ𝓃
𝒞𝓇𝒶𝓋𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓈ℴ𝓂ℯ𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒸ℴ𝓁𝒹 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓈𝓌ℯℯ𝓉?
Frozen fruit, protein popsicles with our water flavourings, or Greek yogurt with berries can hit the spot without derailing your progress.
5. ℳℴ𝓋ℯ ℰ𝒶𝓇𝓁𝓎 ℴ𝓇 ℒ𝒶𝓉ℯ
Exercise in the cooler parts of the day to stay consistent without overheating.
Remember: progress, not perfection. Summer can be a season of 𝒽ℯ𝒶𝓁𝓉𝒽 and 𝒻𝓊𝓃.
