A bit about me!
I have my sports massage therapist diploma level 3.
I am currently part way through my physiotherapy degree and strive to do my best and learn what i can in injury rehabilitation and mind/body connection.

I am a fitness enthusiast myself with extensive experience in outdoor sports such as climbing, kayaking, SUP, surfing and hiking.

I am currently enjoying Crossfit at Edenfield's own Eleven fitness gym, triathlons and swimming with my Dad!
