Ken’s service today took us to Manchester Crematorium, it was filled with a sea of City blue as family members and friends were gathered to celebrate his life. His bed was engraved with his team to send him on his journey 🤗🙏

We gave Josie a wonderful service this afternoon. The Sunset Chapel was absolutely packed with close family and friends to support each other for her day. As she loved Robins, her bed was personalised with one. Many funny and sweet memories were shared 🤗🙏

Last day for Ben’s work experience. Today we discussed. The first call from a family. Bringing a loved one into our care, the equipment we use. PPE. The day of a funeral, cremations and burials. What to expect with what we do on funerals. Also, when someone would like to visit a loved one.

What can I say other than “you have made me a very proud father, having you really show efforts and engagement for what we do has made this week very much a humbling experience for me also”. Sterling efforts Ben, you have learned an absolute wealth of knowledge this week, really well done 👍 🙌
