Not all heartbreak is romantic. But we carry it just the same.

It’s easy to minimise it.

The way she left.
The promotion you didn’t get.
The baby that never came.
The friend who ghosted.
The words he never said.
The years you lost trying to prove you were enough.
The mother that gave you away.

We bury heartbreak. We bury it under “I’m fine,” under productivity, under pretending we’ve moved on.

But unprocessed heartbreak doesn’t go away.
It just goes underground shaping your self-worth, your decisions, your relationships, your body.

You don’t have to talk about it with everyone.
But you do have to meet it and finally let it go.

Hi, my name is Diane Beck, I am Coach and Therapist specialising in modern ways to achieve results. I often help clients remove stress, anxiety and panic, negative thoughts, addictions and to sleep better and improve their wellbeing using Hypnosis, NLP and other effective methods.

I'm a trained NLP Hypnotherapist & Coach, Kinetic Shift Practitioner, TFT Master Practitioner and also a Havening Techniques Practitioner. This can help you as I have a lot of flexibility towards resolving your problem. I offer therapy and coaching at my company Health-Success in central Manchester and in London.

I’m also a trained Actress. I trained at RADA and have appeared on stage in London and across the UK, Japan, New York state and Paris. WIth roles in TV, Film and radio I enjoy expressing my creative side and being and NLP Hypnotherapist informs character development, similalrly being an actor assists approaching your problem highly creatively until we reach the resolution.
