At our new private Lipid Service at our Hale location, we are offering specialist support in the management of complex lipid disorders.

👨🏼‍⚕️Led by Dr Lance Sandle

🏥 The clinic is headed by Dr Sandle, a Consultant Chemical Pathologist with nearly 40 years of medical experience. Dr Sandle founded and led the Outpatient Lipid Clinic in Trafford for 34 years, and continues to practice within Manchester University Foundation Trust (MFT).

His expertise spans both routine and complex lipid conditions, including familial and genetic lipid disorders.

🎗 July is National Sarcoma Awareness Month Sarcoma UK🎗

Sarcoma is a type of cancer that can appear anywhere in the body. Every day, 1️⃣5️⃣ UK people are diagnosed with sarcoma which equates to about 5️⃣3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ people annually.

There are two main types of sarcoma:

🔹 Soft tissue sarcoma
🔹 Bone sarcoma (also known as primary bone cancer)

Why awareness matters:

Sarcoma can be difficult to detect and diagnose early, making education and vigilance key. Prompt medical attention for unexplained lumps, swelling, or persistent pain is essential.

This month, we’re reminding everyone:
