Today marks the official launch of our annual Benecare Christmas Casting Competition — one of our favourite traditions of the year! 🎅✨

We’re inviting hospitals and clinics across the UK to get creative and take part by building, crafting or sculpting a festive model or scene… using Benecare casting tape of course!

This competition is our way of celebrating the incredible talent within the NHS and saying thank you to the staff who work tirelessly throughout the year. ❤️

Paul from Manor Hospital in Walsall sent us this great photo of him out and about with his new Benecare bottle!

It was brilliant to see Paul – and so many of you – at the recent AOP conference.

We were there showcasing our new Stabiliser knee braces, complete with a matching red Benecare bottle giveaway.

It’s great to see they’re already being put to good use!

The team at Benecare would like to extend our sincere thanks to Gill, Andrew, and the entire AOP committee for organising such a well-run and enjoyable conference.

🎗️ March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

Ovarian cancer can be difficult to detect, with symptoms that often seem mild or easily confused with other conditions. That’s why it’s so important to stay informed and encourage regular conversations about women’s health.

🔍 Key symptoms to look out for include:

- Persistent bloating
- Abdominal or pelvic pain
- Feeling full quickly or loss of appetite
- Needing to urinate more often

While there’s no sure way to prevent ovarian cancer, healthy lifestyle choices can support long-term wellbeing:
✅ A balanced diet rich in fibre, fruit, and veg
✅ Regular physical activity
✅ Awareness of family history and risk factors
✅ Attending all routine health checks
