One year ago today the journey to start something to support all who go through a loss became an idea after discovering my own loss.
I am so grateful for the team at Rainbow Journey who make it possible to support others in a time where most (including myself) don’t know where to turn. Lauren x

Our homemade cake ready for tomorrow’s session.
Tomorrow we will be doing relaxation exercises at the session to help learn how to look after ourselves.

Part of the journey is learning how to deal with the grief that comes.
On Monday 9th December we will be focusing around relaxation as well as our normal share and support section to hopefully give some tips on helping us all through this process 🌈
It doesn’t matter if it was 1 week, 1 year or 10 years ago, everyone is welcome.

Baby Loss Awareness Week 9th - 15th October 2024.

1 in 4 people in the UK experience pregnancy or baby loss. The stigma and silence can often mean families feel isolated in their grief. To honour and remember every little life lost, we will stand together with hundreds of thousands of people around the world to light a candle at 7pm on Saturday 15 October.

If you have suffered the loss of a baby and would like to come and join us to light a candle in their memory we are doing this Monday 14th October at 12pm. We look forward to seeing you 💗
