Happy to share that I am head of medical at Tyldesley Rugby Club for the upcoming season.

I will also be lead sports rehabilitator for Altrincham FC academy U17s for the season ahead.

Exited to have started with both of these clubs and implement the knowledge I have gained throughout the last 3 years of university and placements, ensuring the safety of the players on the pitch as well as assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries, following return to sport protocols and maximising performance to prevent future injury

In life all good things must come to an end.. and so has my time here at Salford City FC

Here I completed a comprehensive year long internship with the medical department at the club, gaining invaluable experience where I utilised and developed my skills, whilst also learning new ones every day. I was fortunate enough to get once in a lifetime opportunities here which will stay with me forever. It was a pleasure working with all the staff and players, and I wish them all the best in the future.

Great week away in Derry with the Altrincham FC academy teams for the Foyle Cup! For the last 5 weeks I have been leading strength and conditioning sessions to build fitness and prevent injury in the competition to prepare for the season ahead. Also providing pitch side first aid and injury rehabilitation throughout the competition, getting my first experience post graduation, implementing my knowledge and experience gained throughout my degree.

Fantastic opportunity and grateful to have spent it with a group of amazing people including the players and coaching staff! Wishing them all the best for the upcoming season ⚽️

3 years of big sacrifices and hard work to get
to this point but in the end it was all worth it! It was a pleasure to share this journey with some amazing people l've met along the way and will remain lifelong friends 🤝

Surreal experience. On Saturday I was fortunate enough to be a part of the medical team for our game against Manchester City at the Etihad stadium in the FA cup. Despite the result, it was a life changing experience, and it makes me very proud to work with such amazing people. From the players to all the back room staff. I'm Forever grateful to be a part of the team against one of the best teams in world football. It is very rewarding after years of hard work! But it doesn't stop there...
