Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that Ripple Academy is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced coaches to deliver engaging after-school clubs across South Manchester!

This is a fantastic opportunity for self-employed professionals who have various projects or roles and are looking for an additional 5 hours per week to inspire and support primary-aged children in their specialist area — whether that’s Football, Multi-Sports, Yoga, Spanish, Gymnastics, Musical Theatre or something else!

⏰ Typical Hours: 3:30 – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

✨ Who We’re Looking For:

- Experienced coaches or instructors (5+ years) with a passion for working with children (ages 4-11)
- Individuals who can create a positive, inclusive environment

As an ex primary school teacher, I experienced first hand what schools, parents and children truly want from their external clubs. Far too often, extra-curricular experiences were neglected as school staff simply didn't have the capacity to provide the type of high-quality experiences that served the whole school community.

All of our extra-curricular lesson plans are developed in consultation with Lauren, who has six years’ experience working in primary education, and a further three years’ experience providing mindset coaching to individuals and business owners.

All of our lead coaches are certified professionals in their chosen field with a minimum of five years’ experience of working with primary school children - we only hire the best in class!

🧡 Purposeful and Passionate:

Our lead coaches are all purpose-driven experts in their chosen field who have built full-time careers as professional coaches - they are passionate about what they do and love working with kids.

We are a purpose-driven company and believe that providing children with unique and varied extra-curricular experiences can have an incredible ripple effect – these experiences can be the building blocks for academic success and can become invaluable later in life.

🧡 Reliable and Responsible:

All of our coaches are fully DBS checked, insured, hold safeguarding and first aid certificates, and are contractually required to follow a strict safeguarding code of conduct.

We know how busy teachers are - that is why we handle all marketing and promotions and have bespoke software that automates everything from bookings to cancellations to registers.

What if your most challenging circumstances are your biggest redirection?

Celebrate with me... after weeks of working behind the scenes and a weekend of finalisation... I'm officially the Director & Co-Founder of Ripple Academy 🥳🍾

Three years ago, in July 2021, I left my full-time teaching career to pursue my vision to create a bigger impact, experience a richer life & enjoy more freedom.

I didn't know exactly what that would look like but what I did know was that I was meant for more (and I know you know this about yourself, too)

I spent the last 3 years building businesses, starting with my first business baby, Lead The Way Learning, that allowed me to step fully out of teaching & teach the way I always wanted to, without the restraints of a typical school environment.

As I began investing in business mentors, I was introduced to the incredible Mr Bob Proctor who became a lifelong Mentor and allowed me to see a gift I had never seen within myself before... a gift to teach Manifestation, personal development, identity transformation & subconscious programming in a truly special way... as though I'd always known and had been reminded that this is what I was here to do.

I went on to build Ripple Mentoring, a hugely successful coaching business teaching others how to transform their identity and Manifest 6-figure movements as an expression of their freedom lifestyles.

This work is truly a part of my soul but I knew there was still something missing.... something I hadn't fully stepped into.

In April this year, I found out I was pregnant with my first baby and was diagnosed with Hyperemesis... an extreme form of sickness that meant I was in and out of hospital every week for 3+ months. My baby was too small, I couldn't eat or drink properly and I spent most days in bed.

My business model collapsed around me, I lost clients and my income seemed to disappear in what felt like overnight... this was heavy, frustrating and frankly, heart-breaking.

But I have been an embodiment of Manifestation for over 3 years and I have mastered renouncing circumstances, regardless of what appeared to be... so, I knew this wasn't going to be any different.

I allowed myself to be still, to truly surrender & to remind myself of the vision I had somewhat lost over my time helping business owners simply manifest clients and sales. I knew my work ran deeper than that and I knew this was an opportunity for me to re-evaluate and step back into what I would truly love.

Things started happening quickly ⤵️

✨I stopped getting sick & no longer needed the medication to function
✨I started teaching people how to Manifest personal goals, as well as business income, & fell in love with the material all over again
✨My clients took responsibility for their results and they manifested 11k months, engagements, babies, cars & experiences they'd had on their vision board for a long time
✨I attracted a business partnership that allows me to create passive income through multiple streams

And a business idea I had hidden within me was brought to life (and fast)... 💨💨

Nurturing excellence in children through holistic, extra-curricular experiences...

Bringing mindset, wellbeing and lifelong skills into schools through a variety of extra-curricular experiences, clubs, workshops and activities.

Hyperemesis may have temporarily taken me away from the business I had created... but I didn't lose anything at all.

I gained so much more and if you're reading this whilst experiencing challenging, undesired circumstances, I need you to know that it's how you choose to perceive them that determines what happens next.

They may just be your biggest redirection towards the life you truly want.

Not only have I manifested multiple streams of income to fulfil my vision of being a present, conscious, wealthy mummy to my little boy, I've also opened up opportunities to serve more people, in a bigger way.
