Hi guys just a bit about me 👋🏻 my names Hannah, I'm 33 and I've recently been looking into ways I can naturally improve my health, gut health and overall wellbeing. I've been diagnosed with PCOS for around 15 years and have been taking steps with nutrition and supplementing to manage symptoms as best as I can. This is just me, at home, in my kitchen making juice shots to improve my life and I thought why not make it a thing!
