For the past few months I have struggled to create content.⁣

Those who have followed me or know me will know that recently I lost my father.⁣

This was a difficult moment and to this point still is and will be a long road ahead.⁣

Over the next few days, months, years. No matter how much life I have I shall be creating content for not just my fat2fit page but also all the other projects I am working on.⁣

I would like to say on behalf of myself, .tmd and .photography a very big Eid Al-Fitr Mubarak.⁣⁣⁣

Now that Ramadan is over. expect a lot of content on my transformation ⁣

What is Eid Al-Fitr?⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This is the day after the last fast of the islamic month of Ramadan. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
It is celebrated by wearing new cloths and going to mosque to offer special Eid prayers. Following the special prayers families and friends get together to eat food and exchange gifts.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This year due to ramadan has been tough for many of us.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
From my heart I urge you to not forget the good deeds done during the month of Ramadan but to remember the loved ones we and others have lost in your prayers.⁣⁣⁣

I urge you to remember the people less fortunate than you who have no food or shelter over their heads.⁣⁣⁣

Spread the teachings of your faith which is spreading love and knowledge.⁣⁣⁣

So I've completely let myself down. Here are my new results after fail my transformation.

Changes are going to happen and I just need to be more consistent.

Approximatley 90 days remaining before Ramadan 2020 begins.

The next 90 days Ill be training even harder following a simple lifestyle of Intermittent fasting and lowcarbs.

I shall be updating my vlog/diary with my current weight and stats.

This journey is for me and along the way I hope to motivate others in reaching some amazing results that will bring good results mentally and physicially to all those who join the journey.

I'm really struggling to keep consistent with my transformation.
I'm falling into the trap of eating crap and not even training.
When you see all these amazing transformations no one hardly shares the full transformation from the mental impact of life all the way to the body changing along with life.
I think i need to take a few days out reflect on life and plan a solid strategy where I will not fail.
For everyone trying to transform their life.

2019 what I went through nearly broke me. I'm going to keep this message simple.
No matter what you are going through. No matter how many obstacles you are facing. DO NOT GIVE UP.
Plan for tomorrow but live for today.
Keep your head down. Focus on yourself and I promise you. Things will look up just don't give up.

I've just finished a 60 hours water fast and am about to dig into my chicken, cheese, vegetables and mascarpone cheese meal.
Im keeping everything low carbs with the goal to hit 1700-2000 calories of good fats, carbs and protein.
I'll be documenting my workouts and nutrition on a daily basis and I hope it motivates everyone.
I am always learning so feel free to give any tips and guidance.

Ive just completed a 48hr water fast. As it's almost 21:35 UK time I don't plan to eat a large meal and sleep so I've decided to not consume anything for another 12hrs.
Overall apart from my mind wanting cheese or chicken burgers and crisps etc my body has been full of energy.
I'm also drinking around 2-3 litres of water.
When I break my fast around 13:30 on Monday 9th December I shall begin my plan of consuming 1500-2000 calories per day and low carbs. Im getting rid of the processes carbs. Eating clean and healthy.

So i started a 48hr water fast almost 24 hrs ago and now have 24hrs left before I break my fast.
It was tough as my mind was telling me that I need to eat crisps, burgers etc... I was very tempted to ordering a pizza and snacks to eat while I watch the rematch but no im doing this for myself and trying my best to getting my health and lifestyle back on track.
So looking forward to relaxing and then breaking my fast in the next 24hrs...I might even prolong it by another few hours.
I shall start my training again and everything will be documented.
