Researchers at the University of Manchester want to recruit normal hearing volunteers aged 18-50 who speak fluent English to take part in research, which will help us to understand different aspects of listening in noise.
We are looking for volunteers with self-perceived normal or near-normal hearing. You will have an initial hearing check to ensure you are eligible to take part, then we will involve you in some fun listening tasks, together with filling out some short questionnaires. The research is expected to take around 4 hours and will take place at the Manchester Centre for Audiology and Deafness (ManCAD), Ellen Wilkinson Building, University of Manchester, M13 9PL. You will be compensated for your time.
