Each month I open a healing space . A powerful, intentional, and deeply held space where energy transmissions come through for those who feel called.

Energy healing work has been with me most of my life- it wasn’t intentional it, it just was there. I was young teenager when it began flowing and it was novelty back then, I didn’t fully understand the responsibility it came with or where it would lead me.
Over the years, I’ve had to do a lot of deep personal energetic work, to keep up with the energy – to be a clear channel, to expand my consciousness and to hold the energy, and that never stops .
I continue to dedicate and prioritise my own conscious evolution, to be the best vessel for my clients.
At times I’ve even stepped away completely from this work, needing to honour my own process.
This isn’t something I trained for in a textbook way. It’s something life taught me and some great mentors have supported and transmitted.
I share these energy sessions because I know how powerful they can be. And how important it can be to have someone walk with you through times of deep energetic transformation – even for a short time – as you remember, release, or reconnect.
It can be challenging to trust someone with your energy. (I know it is for me) To safely open those vulnerable spaces what were locked down for decades and be supported to elevate and expand into higher states of consciousness is not something one finds on the high street!
