A blessed and beautiful 10 days together in India, immersed in the energy of Goddess Durga and her many qualities during the sacred celebrations of Navaratri this March.

So much blossoming, transformation, connection and feminine awakening unfolded during our time together. Such a beautiful reminder of the power of gathering in sacred space, of being witnessed, supported and inspired by other women.

Sharing just a tiny glimpse into a truly special journey, one filled with beauty, depth, magic and unforgettable memories.

My heart is so full, and I am already deeply looking forward to creating and hosting our next sacred adventure in 2027. (New magical location TBC)

A tiny glimpse into the magic of our Goddess Retreat in India this March ✨

For 10 beautiful days we journeyed together through a deeply nourishing, feminine, heart-opening experience of awakening the Goddess in her many faces and expressions.

We shared sunrise yoga, meditation, breathwork, sacred rituals, temple visits, ceremony, sisterhood, laughter, tears, healing, beautiful food, and unforgettable moments by the Ganges. Together we opened, released, remembered, and reconnected.

This was the beginning of something truly special. A sacred journey we will look forward taking to new beautiful locations and places.

Open the heart. Surrender to what is. Let it be so.

Life gives us what we ‘really’ need, rather than what we ‘think’ we need - but only ever in the name of LOVE!

The great mother is always taking care of her children and pulling us into heartful alignment. Alike the child who cries because it has to leave its toys and go to bed, the mother cries deeper to their sadness, but she knows sleep is what they need.

Rather than asking ‘why’ this is happening? What did i do to attract this? Start saying how is this bringing me closer to love. Peace is only the matter of Trust in her.

2 days into my Kali sadhana and already i feel the intensity of holy justice, divine right order and the goddesses fearless love!

All that stands in way of truth has to be chopped!

So we can truly be…who we really came here to be! ❤️

Good Education is one of greatest gifts we can offer.

I found my way back to school and part of the Lotus Flower family. Three years ago I visited an astrologer india and during the reading a saw a picture of wall these young girls and I burst out crying. He suggested I go and visit - for a soul / dharmic reason.

It took some time to get there but I did!
For so many years I have held in my heart a way to support young women and today all the pieces just effortlessly pieced themselves together.

My heart is overjoyed and so full! The foundation gives a free education to girls from disadvantaged homes and supports them from 4- 21 year old. They also support women in the community to sew and earn a living, feed local needy families and so much more.

I am so delighted to be a part of this amazing project!
