Mental Health is at crisis levels in this country right now. As I travel around housing sector more and more staff are facing real situations with tenants who are struggling with their mental health.

This in turn is affecting staff teams on the ground to deliver solutions to effectively support tenants and adversely affecting their own mental health too.

I am a qualified mental health trained facilitator and I can provide support training and certification to organisations who are currently experiencing this crisis first hand.

Bolton And Bury Swifts celebrate the last rehabilitated swift on its journey back to Africa. I have witnessed the amazing work that Louise does voluntarily to support swift numbers in the UK by giving her time energy passion and sometimes sleepless nights to support their recovery.

Louise and all those who work in swift rehab should be honoured. These birds are over 30,000,000 years old and now they are on the red list. Through every rehab Louise achieves, hope rises in recovery of these numbers.

There is so much we can all do to support these numbers by installing swift bricks and boxes in our properties, leaving our eaves open so swifts can nest and breed. Campaign to the government to compel builders to install swift bricks on all new builds.

Support the work of Bolton And Bury Swifts by raising funds so they can continue this amazing work. Together we can make a difference
