Description:
Creamy soup filled with clams, potatoes, onions, and celery — a New England coastal favorite.

Ingredients:
• 500g clams, chopped
• 2 cups diced potatoes
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour

Instructions:
1. Sauté onion, celery in butter, add flour to make roux.
2. Add milk, cream, potatoes, cook until tender.
3. Add clams, season, heat through.

Slow-cooked pork ribs coated with smoky barbecue sauce until fall-off-the-bone tender.

Ingredients:
• 2 racks pork ribs
• 2 cups BBQ sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Rub ribs with sugar, paprika, garlic, pepper.
2. Slow bake at 150°C (300°F) for 3 hrs covered.
3. Brush with BBQ sauce, bake uncovered 20 min.

Description:
A flaky, golden pastry filled with rich minced beef in a savory gravy, often served with tomato sauce. A true Aussie street food classic.

• 500g ground beef

• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 cup beef stock
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
