Clam Chowder 🥣
Description:
Creamy soup filled with clams, potatoes, onions, and celery — a New England coastal favorite.
Ingredients:
• 500g clams, chopped
• 2 cups diced potatoes
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion, celery in butter, add flour to make roux.
2. Add milk, cream, potatoes, cook until tender.
3. Add clams, season, heat through.
