Perimenopause brings lots of changes so this is a community where we can share how we're feeling, with calm & compassion at its heart.

I'm an experienced mental health Occupational Therapist & am here to hold space for us, as well as share practices & tools to support our emotional wellbeing.

£29 per month, no ongoing commitment.

My mental health experience means I can hold space for us & I share tools & practices to support our emotional wellbeing.

We gather online each week for 30 minute connection calls & once a month for a deeper session (next one is Tuesday 21st April 7-8pm). These sessions aren't recorded so we can openly share.

Each month has a theme - this month has been creating space & next month we'll be exploring our values. You'll have a recorded session from me & then weekly invitations to reflect & take gentle action.

✨️ Weekly gatherings have been added to The Aligned and Intentional Community ✨️

A 30 minute gathering is now scheduled each week* so we have more chance to share & support each other in perimenopause & beyond.

This is in addition to the chat option on the app so there are different ways to connect in the ways that suit you.

As always, you're invited to take what you need & leave what isn't helpful. The focus of the community is always calm, compassion & connection.

Feedback so far has been that the app is very easy to use 😍 The video shows a little of how it looks on my phone.

My professional registration & experience in mental health mean I can safely hold space for us, while sharing evidence‑based practices & tools that support emotional wellbeing.

I understand how our life experiences & individual circumstances shape how we experience perimenopause.

And I believe deeply that we’re all human, always learning, & no one needs fixing.

This is a space to connect, feel understood, & learn from each other.

You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here. Whether you’re in perimenopause, think you might be, or you're post menopause & want support, you’re very welcome.
