Something powerful is happening on the Centennial Bridge. We have partnered with the Rock Island Police Department to bring a message of hope and help to those who need it most. 💛

Just in time for Mental Health Awareness Month, the first sign is officially up—a visible reminder that no one is alone. You’ll start seeing these signs across the bridge in high-risk areas, with encouraging words and a number to call if you or someone you know is struggling.

This is more than a project—it’s a lifeline. Together, we’re making sure that in moments of darkness, there’s always a sign pointing to hope.
