Also if you want to book one of our professional form filling services, or if you want us to represent you in court, you can book directly below. Please note PIP/Child DLA, UC50 and ESA50 are booked up usually 10 days in advance due to popularity and our success rate.

We also have our legal advocacy team standing by if you need help with a tribunal or upper tier tribunal matter, we are experts in this area and have now had over 50 appeal decisions overturned in the upper tier and set a precedence for lower tribunal decisions.

Dont forget we have been filling in all disability benefit forms for 7 years almost, prior to setting up Fightback our founder ran a busy solicitors welfare benefits department and worked full time in the benefits law department at CAB. Weve been trained by DWP, assessment providers and those dealing right at the heart of welfare benefits and have 6 legal advocates with years of experience in court in welfare benefits, additionally you all have been our biggest teacher.

We hold regular training with our team of medically qualified experts, educational and legal staff along with sit on dwp and pip meetings a few times a year by invite.

If in doubt read our feedback we have 7 years worth on the booking site, Google and Facebook.

Our success rate is well over 90% in all appeals and we have hundreds of success stories for our MRs and form filling stories each month, we cannot give active accurate figures on this as we do hundreds a month and keeping track of results would take more valuable time chasing people. However daily we get many successful stories coming through.

Nice to see our Local MP James Frith giving us a mention, the Fightback team will be at the free drop in advice day at the Peel Room Bury Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury BL9 0SW (disabled access) from 3pm until 5pm we will be offering our FREE bespoke and recommended factsheets, advice and practical assistance with all elements of welfare benefits, appeals, we can even help with forms, you name it we will try and help on the day as part of our commitment to put 100% of our funds back into the community as a registered CIC non profit company of 6 years.

There are some great charities attending who can give advice on health, housing,debt and other matters available too. Come along and say hi to our fabulous Fightback team.

Not all of the advocates and staff appear on these, some work from home also and some were in court etc, when taken however this is a selection of our amazing team to give you an idea of who you are speaking to over the phone.

We were kindly visited for the second time by Bob an amazing photographer who travelled to take these last week. I hope you agree they are excellent and give a good insight into the working office of Fightback and our brilliant ninjas
