Sometimes the truth is simple…
and a bit uncomfortable.

If one drink is never enough, it’s exhausting trying to control it.

If not drinking feels like a problem, life can feel like a constant negotiation.

We get it. We really do.

At TABB, we meet women who are tired of the mental maths, the bargaining, the “maybe today will be different.”

And what they discover is this:
Life gets easier when you make one clear decision.

Not forever.
Not dramatically.
Just for today.

One decision removes a thousand tiny ones.
One decision brings peace, clarity, and space to breathe again.

If you’re ready for things to feel simpler, we’re here.

Support, understanding and women who truly get it.

✨ You don’t have to do this alone.

✨ A gentle, structured journey back to your creativity

TABB for Women is so excited to host this guided journey through The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron - a book that has helped millions of people reconnect with their creativity, confidence and sense of possibility.

This isn’t about being “artistic.”
It’s about rediscovering your voice, your energy, and the parts of you that may have gone quiet.

Over 12 weeks, facilitated by the wonderful Dr Klara Laird (PhD in English, Soul Coaching®️ Practitioner, trainee counsellor), you’ll be supported in a warm, reflective, peer-based space as you gently reconnect with your creative self.

💫 What’s involved
• Weekly live sessions (Saturdays, starting 14 March)
• 75 minutes each week (3.30pm GMT / 10.30am EST)
• Break weeks built in for breathing space
• Session openings recorded for catch-up

Alongside the sessions, the process includes:
✔ Daily Morning Pages (10–15 mins)
✔ One weekly Artist Date (playful solo time)
✔ Reading the weekly chapter
✔ Showing up with curiosity, not perfection

🌿 Across the 12 weeks you’ll move through themes like safety, identity, possibility, compassion, strength and faith - noticing how your creative voice gradually becomes clearer and steadier.

This course is for you if:
✨ You feel creatively stuck or flat
✨ You want more colour, meaning or expression in life
✨ You’re curious about reconnecting with yourself
✨ You don’t think you’re creative (that’s often who it helps most)

💛 Investment in yourself:
£120 for TABB members
£180 for non-members

If you feel the nudge to give yourself this space, we’d love to have you with us.

Make yourself proud, not perfect.

Stopping drinking isn’t about suddenly becoming a flawless version of yourself.

It’s about slowly, bravely taking your power back.

Because alcohol quietly steals control.

Not all at once.
But in the small ways…

The promises we break to ourselves.
The mornings we wake up disappointed.
The feeling that something else is running the show.
And then one day, you step into the arena.
Not polished.
Not certain.
Not perfect.
Just willing.

As Brené Brown says, it takes courage to show up when there are no guarantees.
And that’s exactly what this is.

Every alcohol-free day is you reclaiming something:
Your clarity.
Your choices.
Your self-trust.
Your freedom.

And freedom isn’t perfect
but it is something to be proud of!

So today, don’t aim for perfect.
Aim for proud.
That’s where the real change lives.

Shame is one of the biggest things keeping women stuck in the drinking loop.

Not because they’re broken.
Not because they lack willpower.
But because shame feeds on silence.

So many of us feel bad about our drinking…
Then drink at that feeling to try and make it go away.

And for a moment, it does.
But underneath, shame quietly grows.

The shift isn’t necessarily how do I get rid of shame?
It might be, how do I stop letting shame run my life?

Shame loses its power when it’s spoken.
When it’s met with empathy.
When you realise you are not the only one.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to beat yourself up into change.
Real change begins with honesty.

“I’m not proud of this… and I want something different.”
That sentence alone is courage.
If this question resonates, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to do this quietly anymore. 💛
