Step out of the noise and into a pocket of calm with our Self Care Sunday session ✨ A gentle, welcoming space designed for real life people who simply need a breather. Begin by settling into a soothing meditation, then open up with warm cacao and guided journalling to reconnect with yourself, before drifting into a deeply relaxing sound bath infused with reiki energy. It’s not about being “spiritual enough” or doing anything perfectly, it’s just a couple of hours to soften, reset, and feel like yourself again. Come as you are, leave a little lighter 💛

I am Karen, an advanced aesthetics practitioner and trainer, and have an established business The Aesthetics Retreat Academy

I hold an ofqual teaching certificate & business diploma.

My absolute passion is to help people look their best and still be natural, I am not here to change faces, I’m here to enhance.

I have a beautiful repeat client base 🫶

I am offering aesthetics trainings for dermaplane, microneedling, chemical peel, hifu, skinboosters & polynucleotide, botox and the most important for all of these is anatomy & physiology.

All courses will be educational, fun and always friendly with ongoing support.
