Practice Closure for Staff Training – Thursday 21st August

Please note that our practice will be closed from 1:30pm on Thursday 21st August for essential staff training.

We will remain open as usual until 1:30pm for routine appointments and general enquiries.

After 1:30pm, urgent care will be provided by Salford Primary Care Together.

They will support with:
-Same Day Urgent Care
-Acute Prescriptions
-Face-to-Face & Remote Consultations
-Urgent Home Visits (if clinically appropriate)

Our amazing team here at Clarendon surgery have raised a huge £470.45 at our bake sale for cystinosis, a charity very close to our Hearts ♥️

Thank you to everyone who supported,donated and helped raise awareness.

As confirmed cases continue to rise in Salford, make sure your family is safe and fully protected. It takes 2 doses of the MMR to give you protection, if you're not sure you've had both, get in touch and we can check this for you and offer the vaccine if you need it

Our hearts go out to the family of the child who died over the weekend after contracting the measles virus. Please dont let this happen to someone in your family. Measles is on the rise again but is preventable with 2 doses of the MMR. Make sure you and your family are protected

Alder Hey Children’s Hospital has urged parents to vaccinate their children after reports of a child in Liverpool dying due to contracting measles.

Heading out in the sunshiiiine? Remember your hat, sunglasses and plenty of water.

Cover up with loose clothing (*a parka is probably not the best idea in this weather) and slap on the suncream.

Don't go mad for it. Stay in the shade between 11am and 3pm - the hottest part of the day.
