Hello, my friends. I hope that you are managing to have a lovely weekend, in spite of any horticultural incidents.
The rising energy today is the 5 of Swords - usually indicating conflict of some kind, either with others or in your own mind. However, it can also point to self-sabotage and we can see on this card that our lovely earthworm appears to have chopped itself in half on one of the sharp blades. The tone of this post may seem lighthearted, but I know only too well, from personal experience, how painful this kind of behaviour can be, and how habitual it can easily become.
The 5 of Pentacles has made another appearance today, this time as the influencing energy. The pattern of self-sabotage appears to be happening as a result of some 'lack' energy; a scarcity mindset, a feeling of being left out or left behind, or maybe even financial insecurity. In these situations we tend to enter a self-imposed isolation, when the more helpful, but somewhat counter-intuitive solution is to reach out and seek greater connection. But when you're not in a good place, that's much easier said than done.
The card providing advice from the Universe today is The World. This  suggests 'wholeness', and you are being invited today to really consider what this situation would look like, and more importantly FEEL like, if it was fully healed, fully whole. If you are thinking that this isn't possible, that may show a negative mindset creeping back in. If someone else is involved, maybe try not to expend energy focusing on their actions, what you wish they would do; focus instead on what wholeness would look like just for you. Could creating a sense of autonomy help you feel a little more positive? 
So, what small thing can you do for yourself today to feel a little more in control of things? And maybe make sure you show yourself a little self-compassion. 🥰
