Whirl wind of a year, new house, new location, new job, lots of holidays.
Finding routine and structure has been difficult and I'm a creature of habit and routine. Things are settling personally and Olivia is now settled in school after an emotional start.

I've managed to drop the weight I gained though nutrition and very little gym time. I'm still trying to navigate if and how I can manage my time to hit the gym hard and get back with the lovely , over the past year I've lost a lot of Muscle I built with her over the years and I have to start again.

PARENTS - it's hard it really is
School run
9-5 job
Looking after dogs/pets house work shopping days out with kids ect.

Where do we find the time without having mum guilt and palming kids off with friends and family to allow ourselves "time for us" my husband is amazing and supportive but he works away and will be away for 6 months come January so single parent life will hit hard.

I'm going to navigate this chapter of my journey and sharing on here how it CAN be done!

Why am I writing this!!! Because I CAN and I want to show you how my journey back into body building starts and ends with a busy life.

I'm telling myself I need to focus on myself to give Olivia and Steven the best version of me and that's not selfish!

I LOST who I was, I stoped doing what I loved my life path changed!! The past 12 months have been so HARD!!!!!!

I've been a civvy for over a year but officially only 4 months.

I worked hard to change my physique I had the best coach the best support and I was on a mission and the last 12 months have been somewhat of a rollercoaster!! I lost my support network, I moved house, I left my coach and I spiralled. A COACH is so important for progression and accountability! Get youself one! May this me life or health and fitness! It's worth every god dam penny!!!!! INVEST IN YOU!

After 23 years in the Navy, and stepping into several new chapters of my life. Transitioning to civilian life has been a journey of self-discovery, and it hasn’t always been easy.

I’m learning to find where I truly fit, and it’s been a challenge to let go of my love for bodybuilding. Adjusting my gym routine and finding balance has been mentally tough, but I’m determined to embrace this change and focus on what makes me feel good—physically and mentally.

Every day is a new opportunity to grow, learn, and redefine myself.

The gym is my space and i forgot to make time for myself. I felt selfish leaving my daughter to have "me time"

My pictures are random I know but many ups and downs between them all but your probs fed up of reading so just scroll through and see if you can identify the lows and highs.

The last picture is where I begin my health and fitness journey alone I've put myself on a 8 week CHALLANGE!!
