✨ A little reintroduction… ✨

Now feels like the perfect time to properly reintroduce myself, the face behind the scenes and the one you’ll see at every class 🤎

Hi, I’m Leanne, founder of L.E.T’s Baby Massage & More. I run Baby Massage, Baby Yoga courses and L.E.T’s Play & Learn sessions, all created with one simple aim, to provide a safe, welcoming and calming space where mums can connect, bond and just be with their babies and little ones 🫶

I’m also a first-time mum to Alfie, who is now 4 (how did that happen?!) and getting ready to start big school in September 🥺 a whole new chapter for us both. And truly, he is the reason all of this exists.

When Alfie was born, I didn’t feel that instant rush of connection everyone talks about. Instead, I felt overwhelmed, confused… and honestly, terrified. Postnatal depression hit me hard, and it took time, support and a lot of strength to find my way through it.

But coming out the other side, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful from that experience. ✨

I wanted to build a space for mums who might be feeling the same, somewhere you don’t have to pretend, don’t have to perform, and don’t have to feel any pressure. A space where you can chat if you want to, or sit quietly and soak in those special moments with your baby. A space where you can learn something beautiful to take home, while also feeling supported and understood 🤍

And now… I’m so excited to say that from May, I’ll have my very own room, a little haven designed with all of this in mind. A true home-from-home where you and your baby are always welcome.

Thank you for being here, whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’re just finding me now. It means more than you know ✨

In short - yes I do.

While hypnotherapy is a powerful tool, it’s not the only way to create meaningful change. I offer a range of approaches including mind coaching, CBT, NLP and more — all tailored to suit you and what feels right.

When these are combined with hypnosis, the results can be incredible… but even on their own, they can still help you shift patterns, gain clarity, and move forward.
