Last week, our Wednesday Food Travel took us to Latvia 🇱🇻
Our residents enjoyed Chicken Karbonade with dill potatoes and cabbage, lovingly prepared by our wonderful Iveta and inspired by a traditional dish from her home country.
It was the perfect comforting meal for a cold February day and brought a real sense of warmth to the table. A big thank you to Iveta for sharing a taste of Latvia with us 💛
