✨“I transition gracefully through every change I face”✨
My classes this week have flowed with the intention of transition. We are all going through change right now as we transition out of lockdown and we all have personal changes that are constant. Some people thrive on change, but it can also be quite uncertain.
Physically yoga is full of transitions. We focus on using our breath to move from one pose to another, each transition is supported. Even though we change from one posture to another, the breath is the constant and we can use this through life’s changes.
Sometimes we can’t control the changes that happen to us, but we get to choose how we respond to it We can choose grace. We can choose to transition and come up thriving on the other side.
Pay attention to the small transitions you do today, maybe physically in your yoga practice or how you change energetically throughout the day. What feels good? What is holding you back? How can you make it easier?
