Join us as we welcome and celebrate the winter solstice at the community gardens. We will be exploring traditional and practical herbal remedies for immunity, warmth, and resilience during the autumn and winter months.

We will be making and taking home our own homemade Fire Cider, a classic, spicy herbal tonic and our own herbal balms to take home with us.

Whether you're new to herbalism or deepening your own practice, this is a chance to connect with the season through plants and community.

This will be a 1 hour beginner foraging walk (10:30-11:30) exploring some edible and medicinal treasures that can be found close to home 🌿
