โœจKeep working on getting your thought process away from Iโ€™ve been โ€˜goodโ€™ or โ€˜badโ€™, so youโ€™re neither โ€˜inโ€™ or โ€˜outโ€™, just keep trying to do your very best.

โœจIf you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.

โœจIf you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?

โœจFailing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.

โœจJust keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.

โœจOverall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally amd physically. Now thatโ€™s worth fighting for.

Morning, Happy Sunday and a gentle reminder!

If youโ€™re struggling to get back in the zone, please remember that after just a few days of being 100% on plan, this is all it takes to get you knuckled down again. Keep trying, keep learning from previous mistakes and triggers, and then one day something just clicks and you say, โ€œEnough, no more, Iโ€™m going to make this happen.โ€

And itโ€™s down to you to make this happen, as no one can do this for you. So get out of your own way, as you can do this...

Despite your family driving you crazy,
Despite falling out with a sibling,
Despite work being stressful,
Despite an unkind word from a colleague,
Despite you feeling unwell,
Despite a loved ones illness,
Despite how a friend let you down,
Despite an upcoming social event or weekend away,
Despite who your consultant is,
Despite trying and failing previously....

Our Story

I am Caroline and cover all of Thanet, Canterbury, Faversham, Whitstable and Herne Bay. In 2012 I successfully lost 4 dress sizes on the Cambridge Weight Plan after the birth of my third son, going from a size 22 to a happy, healthy size 14. I felt that I had nothing to lose - apart from ALOT of weight - and having that 1:1 support from my Consultant made all the difference in losing weight and also keeping it off. It is my pleasure to do the same for you! I will be there right from the start and will continue to support, guide and motivate you through your personal weight loss journey.
