First RTRMH of February with this fantastic group that joined us yesterday.

A new route for RTR this week plotted by Sally, thank you, which we hope all enjoyed.

We meet every Wednesday at 18:30 outside Mercardo on Abbey Street. Please come along and join us, the group is a mental health support group with an added bit of running. Our priority is listening to one another.

There were 6 of us that joined RTRMH this evening. I think we may have found a firm favourite route! Dare I say it with HILLS.

As ever Run Talk Run is a mental health support group first and a running group second, it was a great opportunity to share and hear about other people's experiences.

Information about the mental health cafe provision over the festive period.

We’re sharing this important update from Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés.

These cafés offer safe, welcoming spaces for those 18+ across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, run by trained and supportive staff who are there to listen.

☕Walk in. No judgment. No pressure.

Please note: There is a revised timetable over the Christmas period from Monday 22 December to Sunday 4 January.
