Feeling comfortable saying no is a form of self-trust. It means you believe your needs matter. You don't have to justify them. You don’t have to over-explain. A calm, grounded ‘no’ is enough.

It’s not always easy to say no when you have the tendency to people-please. You’ve been trained to keep the peace, avoid conflict, and make sure everyone else is okay before you even check in with yourself. Every time we say yes at the cost of our own wellbeing, we abandon ourselves jusr a little bit more 💜

Do you need to go “deep” in hypnosis for it to work?

This is a question i always get asked and lots of people worry they’re “not going deep enough” but the latest research is very clear:

You don’t need to be deeply under for hypnosis to work. Most of the changes we make in hypnotherapy happen when your mind is:

💫 Relaxed
💫 Focused
💫 Open to new ideas
💫 Following the guidance

Some people drift very deeply, others stay lighter and both get excellent results.

Hypnosis isn’t about going somewhere;
it’s about allowing your mind to respond.

What really matters is:
