Sharing a post of mine from a few years ago, still blows my mind! Must do again with my children!

I'm doing a little experiment with the kids, you may have heard of it before. We use 2 sterile identical jars. Fill them with exactly the same amount of uncooked rice and exactly the same amount of water. Label one jar happy and one sad. Each day we give loving and kind intentions to the happy jar and to the sad jar we basically shout and swear at it - hurtful words and mean intentions. This is day 6 and you can see the changes already. We will do for 30 days. Our words our powerful, the things we tell ourselves have a powerful effect on our bodies.... Dr Emoto's work looks at how our consciousness affects the molecular structure of water.. I love how this visually illustrates to the kids that what we tell ourselves is so important 💕
