My retreat days and 12-week journeys are containers of deep self-enquiry personal growth. It is within these two offerings where we delve into the tools I hold in highest reverence.

For me, self-work such as inner child work, womb healing, self-parenting, somatic movement & somatic meditation, breathwork, shadow work & authentic relating ~ are among some of the most effective, catalysing, expansive & truly healing practices we can delve into.

The retreat offers a days journey weaving through each element and bringing us to a sense of wholeness and revelation throughout the process.

The 12 week journey is a deep and thorough dive - meeting our various parts with compassion and new angles of awareness and understanding, acquiring practices for our tool box to help us shed and align, receiving a multitude of powerful experiences which draw us inward to places we’ve perhaps never been and shift us in ways that alter our future path, with an expanded and more lovingly aware sense of self and purpose. The course gives us everything we need, everything we’re ready for - birthing us into our next chapter more whole, more alive, more us.

Half the spaces for each are gone, and I would really really love you to join us if you feel the call. This is the work I am most proud of and in awe of - powerful and magical things happen in these spaces. They have been, and continue to be, profoundly special experiences each and every time, drawing in unique and powerful women.

And healing alongside healing women is a huge part of the process.

On shay’s poet laureate launch event he had a last minute cancellation in the lineup. He asked he in the afternoon, “babe, do you wanna do it?” I said I really didn’t know, I would be there with Rumi, I don’t know how she’ll be, or if I’ll be in the foyer with her, etc etc, so I told him not to make it official and just go with the flow (not how he operates 😂)

I had been with Rumi in the theatre foyer for a good chunk of time to save the line-up performances getting destroyed by a toddlers vocal cords. Shay’s mum came out to meet me and wanted to take over for a bit, I was grateful as I really wanted to see some of the show.

I went it and sat down and at that exact moment shay said “where’s my wife, is my wife here?” He found me in the audience and said “are we doing it?” It was the first moment I was baby free, knowing rumi was totally happy with her dadhi ma outside - the timing was totally perfect, some may say divinely orchestrated 😏

It was an honour to share some of my pieces at this incredible show my love put together, and to be a part of his all female line up! It was truly an incredible, uplifting, inspiring evening.

As I explain at the beginning, I wrote for years, first as a teacher I started every class with a fun poem to connect the kids to the topic. Then through ayahuasca the time of my poetry changed and it became words to be spoken and shared. At the end of ceremonies in Peru everyone would gather round to hear what I had written (in my head) during the session.

I came home from the jungle, was invited to perform at house of verse, met shay, the rest is history 😂❤️
