Hi all 👋

I just thought I'd provide a little reminder of what I do.
I am Gail the owner/founder of 4 Seasons Therapeutic Service (4STS), Middle Rasen, Lincolnshire, as well as a Lincoln branch too. Here I support people on their personal mental health journey.
Presenting issues may include anxiety, depression, low mood, grief, loss of direction, school/work related issues and more.

I also specialise in supporting neurodivergent children, young people and adults on their mental health journey, having had a background in education & SEND for many years.

I offer tailored therapeutic sessions designed to meet individual needs, both indoors and outdoors (Private woodland), blending:

Creativity & expression

Nature-based healing

Forest school skills

And so much more.

Each session is rooted in empathy, connection, and the power of the natural world to nurture well-being.

I have a beautiful friendly dog Beau, that occasionally works along side me offering a wonderful gentle approach with some fun and playfulness too.

Well that's me finished for the weekend. Another fabulous week at 4 Seasons Therapeutic Services. I am always so thankful to be doing a job I love, working with super duper people and changing lives 🥰

I have some decorating to do later, but for now a lovely cuppa! Then tomorrow it will be time to relax a little, then have fun and make some great memories with our amazing grandchildren. We are so blessed 💙💖💙

Don't forget the clocks go forwards too! 🕰
